These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and services at Indiedex.
By registering on Indiedex, you accept these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our platform.
To use Indiedex, you must create a profile and provide certain information about yourself. It is essential that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You agree not to use Indiedex to conduct any activity that would constitute a civil or criminal offense or violate any law. You agree to not use the platform to upload, distribute, or otherwise publish any content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy or rights of publicity, or otherwise objectionable.
Indiedex offers a premium service for a one-time fee, granting enhanced features including featured searches and access to the Marketplace. All fees are due immediately and are non-refundable, except as otherwise expressly noted.
You retain all rights to the text, pictures, videos, and other content that you post on Indiedex (collectively, “User Content”). However, by posting content, you grant Indiedex a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display this content in connection with the operation of the service. You bear the sole responsibility for the User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use Indiedex. By using Indiedex, you agree that we can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies .
Indiedex respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Indiedex reserves the right to terminate your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability
Indiedex is provided “as is”. We and our suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Indiedex nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
In no event will Indiedex, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for:
You represent and warrant that: (i) your use of the Service will be in strict accordance with the Indiedex Privacy Policy, with this Agreement, and with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indiedex, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of Indiedex, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. All disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
By using Indiedex, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
